Remedial Massage

Massage helps many physical conditions. I aim to 'fix in six' - starting with 2 or 3 sessions fairly close together to concentrate on the 'fix' then increasing the time between until we find your 'maintenance interval' - anything from fortnightly to every 6 weeks.

Aromatherapy works on many levels, both physical and emotional. It will envelope you in a gentle and supportive aroma of your choice - relaxing, uplifting, soothing: a little oasis of calm in a turbulent world.
